1. Introduction
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Nor do we accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items :
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial repayments are made:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, audio cassette or vinyl disc that has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons unrelated to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
2. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your claim has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a few days.
3. Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, start by checking your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is registered.

4. Sale items
Only full-price items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges

6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to their address for delivery to you later, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift and they will be informed of your return.
7. Shipping returns
To return your product, you must send it to the following address: 190 chemin de la Frayère 06530 Peymeinade.
You will be responsible for paying the postage costs for the return of your item. Postage is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning valuable items, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
